Patricia Lynn is the principal of Lynn+Associates, Inc., a real estate consulting company whose services include financial analysis, strategic planning, training development, organizational development, outsourcing strategies, disposition strategies, data management and leave vs. own analysis for major corporate clients. In addition, she is a featured speaker for national real estate firms and industry organizations as well as a visiting lecturer for the Center for Real Estate Enterprise (Centerprise) and the University of Business and Economics in Beijing. She is also a founding partner of FM Tools, a real estate services company that provides decision support tools for corporate real estate. Client Services For MacDonald-Bedford’s clients, Ms. Lynn acts as the principle advisor on all real estate strategies and financial analysis. For MacDonald-Bedford, she serves on its executive council, guiding business investment strategies. Ms. Lynn’s 25 years of real estate experience includes the responsibility for the underwriting and marketing of over $500 million worth of institutional grade properties. Ms. Lynn served as PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Western Regional Director of Corporate Real Estate Consulting Services. Prior, Ms. Lynn was Vice President and Regional Marketing Director for Grubb & Ellis Asset Services, the division of the company that provided alternative disposition services for institutional assets. Earlier, as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Services Group, she led the disposition teams for several of San Francisco’s prominent office buildings. She has completed sale lease transactions for major financial institutions, the organization of a successful office leasing and sales team, and several urban rehab development projects. During the mid 80’s, she served as National Training Director for Rebloff, Inc., a privately owned national real estate and corporate services company. Ms. Lynn is a senior faculty member for the CCIM Institute, where her activities have included membership on the Faculty Committee, Chair of several certification courses, Chair of the Body of Knowledge Committee (long range educational planning), editorial review board member for the Commercial Investment Real Estate magazine; she also developed and co-authored a two-day educational course entitled “Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.” Ms. Lynn has been awarded “Instructor of the Year” and serves in an elected capacity on the Governing Council for the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Ms. Lynn’s training clients include the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Coldwell Banker Commercial and multiple other corporations. Patricia Lynn is an innovative problem solver, processing the creative ability to assemble multiple viable strategic options, often of unrealized formulation, and to communicate those alternatives in succinct yet comprehensive language. Ms. Lynn demonstrates the rare communication skills of the persuader, marshalling the gist of her analysis and comparative evaluations in cogent, compelling and yet non-threatening terms.
